This complex included three major components: a 7,000 SM Administrative suite, a 1,600 SM service building and the massive 25,000 SM fully automated National Sort Facility. The sort building accommodates 6 jumbo jets airside and 18 tractor trailers groundside. The project took 18 months from conception to completion as a result of fast tracking and sequential tendering. The project cost was $45M. Winner of the “Industrial Project of the Year” by the 2002 REX (Real Estate Excellence) Awards.
